How It Works

The Application Process

Once you have decided on the course you would like to study, on each of our course pages there is an ‘Apply now’ button.

After this you will then be asked to enter some basic personal details, and once submitted, our online learning platform instantly creates you an account. At this point you should check your email so you can activate your account and login. Once have logged in, you will be able to start the application process. To complete the process you’ll need to supply some personal information and upload images of some identity documents. This is an essential step in order to claim your government funding. Some of the documents you need to upload include:

  • ID (eg, driving licence or passport)
  • Employment status
  • Proof of earnings (eg, payslip, P60 or employment contract)
  • Proof of address (eg, driving licence, utility bill)

Instructions at each step will be given in the platform and our tech team will also be on hand to help.

Once you have completed the application process and uploaded all documents your application will be reviewed. Once successful you will be emailed confirmation and next steps. When you next login your learning platform will update and you will be introduced to one of our partner further education colleges who will deliver your free course. They may contact you to confirm some further details, once this is complete, you will be fully enrolled on your course and can start submitting assignments.
